Shipping Fee Benefits
LaborNexar provides free worldwide standard shipping on every order, with no minimum order value required. Both United States domestic orders and all international cross-border orders qualify for zero shipping fees. For a small number of remote, hard-to-reach regions with limited logistics coverage, a regional delivery surcharge may apply. Any applicable extra fees will be fully displayed at checkout before payment to ensure complete pricing transparency.
Regional Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping services covering the United States and most global countries and territories. Our standard delivery timeframe ranges from 12 to 25 business days after order dispatch. United States domestic shipments typically fall at the faster end of the estimated window. International deliveries may face extended transit times due to customs clearance reviews, local logistics distribution efficiency, seasonal shipping pressure, adverse weather and other objective uncontrollable factors. All delivery times are approximate and cannot be fully guaranteed.
Order Fulfillment Process
After successful payment confirmation, our warehouse team will complete item inspection, professional packaging and shipment arrangement within 1–3 business days. Fulfillment services are paused during weekends, public holidays and major promotional events. Orders accumulated during peak sales periods will be processed sequentially, with minor delays possible to guarantee packaging quality and delivery safety.
Live Order Tracking
Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and official tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to synchronize and activate tracking data. If your tracking status remains stagnant, fails to update or shows abnormal logistics information, please contact our support team for timely verification and assistance.
Customs Duties & Buyer Liability
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and local consumption taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These additional charges are not included in our product pricing or free shipping services and are the sole responsibility of the purchasing customer. LaborNexar complies with all international shipping regulations and submits accurate and truthful customs declarations for every package.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
To ensure safe and successful delivery, we do not support shipments to PO boxes, military addresses, sanctioned regions and areas with unstable or incomplete logistics coverage. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order that cannot be delivered normally due to regional shipping limitations.
Damaged, Missing or Lost Shipments
Customers are required to inspect package integrity and product condition immediately upon delivery. For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items caused by transit issues, please submit a support request with valid photo or video evidence within 48 hours of receiving your order. For packages officially confirmed lost during transportation, we offer two customer-centric solutions: full order refund or complimentary reshipment with no extra cost.
Order Changes & Cancellation Rules
Customers may freely modify shipping addresses or cancel orders without any service fees during the pre-shipment processing stage. Once the order is dispatched and enters transit status, no modifications, cancellations or delivery intercept requests will be accepted. Any losses or additional expenses incurred from customer-initiated delivery refusal shall be borne by the buyer.
